Our Heavy Duty Apex Yard Kennel is available in 2 sizes - medium (3x2) and the biggest kennel in our range, the extra large (4x3). Both models are very robust and will last for many years.

Superior Quality
High quality 12mm tongued and grooved weatherboarding is used throughout, however this kennel is not designed to be decorative, it is a very robust and practical item which just so happens to look good! The roof is made from 12mm t&g, and is finished with heavy mineral roofing felt. The solid T&G timber floor ensures a draught-free environment, and is guaranteed suitable for heaviest dog. The entire kennel has been pre-treated inside and out with a high quality, animal-friendly preservative.

Simple Assembly
This heavy duty dog kennel has been manufactured to a high standard, allowing for straight-forward assembly. Easy-to-follow picture instructions, and galvanised fittings are included.

What size kennel should we go for ?

Your dog will prefer a nice cosy kennel, so you should aim to go for one that is only slightly larger than it's bed. Your dog won't need to stand up fully either, as it will be lying down when inside. You should try and position the entrance away from the prevailing wind (and rain), but not toward a wall, as your dog will love watching what's going on in your garden!

P.S. Remember to allow for growing room if your dog is a puppy!
