Treetop - Lodge Playhouse
Treetop's Lodge is a fantastic 7'x5' or 7'x7' children's playhouse, available with or without the verandah. This top-of-the-range, 2-storey, apex-roofed playhouse features a large single door with diamond-shaped window, internal stairs to a part first floor and two Georgian-style windows and a large window box. This model has an optional 2' verandah. These playhouses are manufactured from high quality Redwood Pine timber.

Safety
Child safety is of utmost importance and this range is more child friendly than most. Features include rubberised 'no-trap' hinges to the door, safety rails and steps (not ladders), smoothed, rounded and sanded edges, and safety Perspex glazing. In common with the entire range, this model has been manufactured to European safety standard EN71, and British Safety Standard BS5665.

Quality Construction
These buildings are manufactured using 45x27mm framing throughout, and have 12mm thick shiplap cladding and perspex windows. All playhouses in this range are manufactured to the British Safety Standard BS 5665.

Spirit-Based Preservative
All buildings in the Treetops Traditional range are treated inside and out with a high quality spirit-based preservative colour treatment.*from 26th October 2007, the colour of the Treetop Traditional range will change to a slightly darker shade. This model is currently under development, and depending upon the window configuration, false shutters may not be supplied. Updated images are currently unavailable, however please feel free to contact us if you require any further information.

Doors and Locking System
This range has an adjustable catch as standard. The door has extra framing which improves strength and combats excess twisting and warping.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in an easy to assemble flat-pack. Only basic tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 3 or 4 hours, but an erecting service is also available at an extra charge (depending on your area) if required. Please ask when placing your order.

Please allow extra time for your delivery should you require a painting or erecting service. *Our professional erecting service may not be available your area, and may be subject to additional charges if you are in an outlying area. Additional charges will also apply for delivery to parts of Scotland. Please check before ordering.

For a long lifespan, you should treat your timber products regularly with a high quality preservative. Moisture dictates the amount that wood expands and contracts, and natural cracks and knots may appear. This is a completely natural occurrence which gives wood it's unique character, and is not be classed as an imperfection or flaw. Generally, plastic or metal sheds are not supplied with a floor as standard, and may be prone to condensation.
