The Shire Lumley Summerhouse is another great value garden summer house from one of the UK best manufacturers - Shire Garden Buildings. The Lumley is available in one size only: 7x5, and has been manufactured from smooth planed white pine from sustainable forests. It comes pre-treated with a honey coloured preservative basecoat, but to ensure a long life we recommend that a top coat treatment is applied. Three-quarter glazed double-doors allow in plenty of light.

Quality Construction
The
Shire Lumley Summerhouse is manufactured with 34 x 34mm framing.
All models come with 12mm thick
tongue & groove cladding on the walls, floor AND roof.
No windows are supplied, however the double doors are 3/4 glazed to
let in ample light.

Preservative
All sheds in the Shire
garden building range are supplied pre-treated with a
quality, honey-coloured, non-toxic preservative base coat. This
ensures that your garden building is ready to accept any
preservative colour of your choice.

Doors and Locking System
A double door 1390mm
wide is supplied, complete with a black iron door latch.
|
Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are
supplied in a flat-pack modular design with smaller panels allowing
for easy transportation through your house or garage! Assembly is
straight-forward for the competent DIY'er, and no professional
experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the
job in 2-4 hours.

Optional Extras
This garden building is
supplied as a full kit, complete with all necessary fixings,
fastenings glazing and roofing materials. No optional extras are
available for this model.
