Our Deluxe Apex Wooden Dog House Kennel is available in 3 sizes - small, medium and large, and all have been made and finished to the highest possible standard.

Superior Quality
High quality 12mm tongued and grooved weatherboarding is used throughout. The roof is made from exterior plywood, clad with tongued and grooved boards for a watertight finish. It extends over the kennel entrance as a weather shield, and has a pre-made feature capping to prevent water ingress. The vented timber floor keeps the kennel fresh, and is designed to removable for easy cleaning. The kennel is raised on small legs, and this stops the damp and cold from penetrating the kennel floor. High quality rubber feet stop wet rot from rising into the timber, and they are fully adjustable, allowing the kennel to be positioned perfectly on uneven surfaces. The entire kennel has been pre-treated inside and out with a high quality, animal-friendly preservative.

Low-Maintenance
The entire surface of the kennel can be painted or preserved very easily. The absence of roofing felt allows you to paint very quickly when required.

Simple '15 minute' Assembly
This deluxe dog house has been manufactured to such a high standard, that it can be assembled very quickly in just four simple steps. Easy-to-follow picture instructions, and all galvanised fittings are included... only a screwdriver is required!

What size kennel should we go for ?

Your dog will prefer a nice cosy kennel, so you should aim to go for one that is only slightly larger than it's bed. Your dog won't need to stand up fully either, as it will be lying down when inside. You should try and position the entrance away from the prevailing wind (and rain), but not toward a wall, as your dog will love watching what's going on in your garden!

P.S. Remember to allow for growing room if your dog is a puppy!
