CHECKLIST: (1) Floor Section, (2) Side Walls, (2) End Gables, (2) Roof Sections, (2) Roofing Felt, (4) Angled Roof Trims, (2) Diamonds, (4) Corner Trims, (8) Coach Screws, and plenty Small Roof Tacks, Galvanised Nails, Long Woodscrews and Small Woodscrews.

STEP 1: Lay the Floor section down on a level surface, preferably on slabs, concrete, or timber bearers to avoid dampness.

STEP 2: Starting by placing a Side Panel, and an End Panel together.

STEP 3: Using the Coach Screws, fasten through the pre-drilled holes and tighten with a spanner (or cordless screwdriver attachment).

STEP 4: Repeat until the walls are complete and have been joined using the Coach Screws.

STEP 5: Centre the walls over the floor section and screw down using the long woodscrews.

STEP 6: Screw through the bottom rail in several places, making sure that you screw into a floor bearer.

STEP 7: Using the Short Screws, fix the roof to the frame, making sure that it is equal at the front and back, and the top is in line with the pointed gable.

STEP 8: Fasten through each roof section with 8 screws.

STEP 9: The kennel is now ready for the roofing felt. The door is supplied as shown, but can be enlarged to suit dog.

STEP 10: Start at the bottom, creasing the Felt along the bottom edge of the roof, and nailing every 100mm with the Roof Tacks.

STEP 11: Pull the Felt up and over the apex, and tack when tight.

STEP 12: Repeat the process with the other side, allowing a big overlap of Felt.

STEP 13: Tack every 100mm along the join, then fold the ends over and crease as before.

STEP 14: Tack every 100mm along each end.

STEP 15: Trim off the excess with a sharp knife.

STEP 16: Measure the corners, and cut the Corner Trims to length.

STEP 17: Nail the Corner Trims into postion using the galvanised nails.

STEP 18: Nail the Roof Trims using the galvanised nails, allowing the trim to sit above the roof by approximately 12mm.

STEP 19: Fix the Diamond over the join in the Roof Trims using the galvanised nails.

STEP 20: By cutting within the existing frame, the height of the door can be increased to suit your dog if required. Use an electric jigsaw for a soft rounded effect, or cut square with a handsaw.
