The Hallmark Narrow Shiplap Pent Shed is manufactured with quality
tongue & groove timber walls onto 27x32mm framing
with solid sheet roof and floor.
It is designed to fit into a narrow space at the
side of your house, and each
shed has a universal ledged & braced single door as standard. These sheds have
traditional style and quality at an unbeatable
price. Ideal for the smaller garden, or for those on

Quality Construction
All Hallmark
sheds are manufactured using Pine from well managed sustainable forests. The manufacturer (Walton's) supports the FSC, and is fully committed to the concept of sustainability. The
Economy Narrow Pent Shed is constructed using tongue and groove timber on the walls and
OSB solid sheets on the roof and floor. Smooth planed framing (27x32mm) has been used internally, and is doubled at the corners for strength. Green mineral roofing felt is supplied to keep the roof watertight.

Maintenance and Preservative
The Hallmark
Narrow Pent Shed has been treated with a light brown factory applied base coat. The treatment used is water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Once your garden building has been installed, you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two (in accordance with the manufacturers instructions). This will ensure that your building will last for many years.

Doors and Locking System
The Narrow Pent
is supplied with a single door 0.74m (2ft
5in) wide. A galvanised padbolt is supplied ready to
accept a padlock.

Windows and Glazing
The Narrow
Pent is not supplied supplied with glazing.

Straight-forward Assembly
These
buildings are supplied in flat-pack form with
comprehensive instructions. Installation should take
about 1 hour. A firm concrete or paved base is
recommended to make a sound job, although it can be
installed on timber bearers if required. Only basic
tools are required, and no professional experience is
necessary.
