Summerhouses is
available in 2 sizes -
8x6 and 8x8.
It is available with a Cedar Roof, or a Simulated Slate Roof, and you
can have the choice of Georgian, Leaded or Coloured Glass windows.
The high quality Western Red Cedar is a
fantastic timber, and will age well over decades without rotting. The
beautiful aroma of Cedar makes for a relaxing environment to enjoy your
garden. High quality brass door furniture is supplied as standard, along
with 2 opening windows and 2 cedar flower boxes. A hard wearing
timber tongue & groove floor and framework is
included.

Quality Construction
These buildings are manufactured
using 12mm Western Red Cedar tongue & grooved weatherboards, onto a hard
wearing 44mm Deal frame. For strength, the T&G floor is also constructed
of Deal. The Cedar roof option is made in 3 layers: the inside layer is
Mahogany ply, the middle layer is a quality mineral roofing felt, and
the outer layer is made from panels of slatted Cedar boards.

Preservative
All buildings in the Chelsea
Cedar range are supplied with a single coat of spirit-based
preservative. We can also provide an additional preservative topcoat in
the factory, which will ensure that your building looks great and
is protected for at least 5-years. This is available as an option during
purchase.
Doors and Locking System
Both models have double hinged doors as
standard and are supplied with a mortice lock with key and brass lever handles. The doors
are 3/4 length and have extra framing which
improves strength, combating excess twisting and warping.
Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied for
self assembly by the customer, and instructions and all fixings are
supplied, Only basic
tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary.
Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 5 or 6 hours, but an erecting service is also available at an extra charge
(depending on your area) if required. Please
ask when placing your order.
